A beautiful Honey Ice Cream Sundae is what The Oxford are creating for this year’s SCOFF dish! 🍯🍨

The sundae features Huttons Honey ice cream made with Geraldine eggs, Barker's of Geraldine Lemon Curd mousse, chocolate coated ViBERi blackcurrants, honey & blackcurrant glass biscuits made with Farmers Mill flour, and served with whipped cream 💜🍯🍋

Fight off any unwanted colds & flus this winter with our hot Blackcurrant Soother recipe🍋

To make a soothing:

10gm of ViBERi Organic Blackcurrant Powder or about 15 Freeze Dried Blackcurrant Berries
a half thumb of fresh ginger, sliced thinly
2 cups of water
2-3 slices of lemon and/or orange
1-2 tsp of honey (to taste)

Combine all the ingredients except the blackcurrants and gently simmer in boiling water in a small pot on the stove before straining into a mug. Once combined, stir in your blackcurrant powder & enjoy.
