Most people don't realise that the inner child isn't just an idea. She lives in your body.
When I work with clients, we often start with physical pain.
A tightness in the chest. A knot in the stomach.
Something that's just always been there.
As we tap and really tune in to what the body is holding, something unexpected happens.
A dialogue begins.
Before long, you're not just tapping on pain anymore.
You're talking to a part of you that has been waiting, usually for decades, to finally be heard.
The little one who took on the hurt and never got to put it down.
And as that part is listened to, acknowledged, witnessed — the physical pain starts to loosen.
It starts to let go of its grip.
Not because we forced it, but because it finally felt safe enough to move.
That's the work I do. It's gentle. It's deep. And it changes things.
