Conscious Pathways

Conscious Pathways Grant (Somanath) offers a modern approach to meditation beyond traditional lineage hierarchies.

With over 30 years of practice, he replaces hierarchy with personal sovereignty, empowering you to embody meditation, a process he calls Living with Heart.

There's a philosophical and experiential tradition over a thousand years old that has been sitting with exactly these kinds of experiences — the ones that don't fit the ordinary categories, the ones that open something you didn't know was there.

It's called Kashmir Shaivism. And one of the things it offers is a map — not to reduce what happened to you, but to orient you within it.

On September 16th I'm hosting a free live session for people who've had a real spiritual experience and want to understand it more deeply. We'll draw on this tradition — not as theory, but as lived understanding.

"Something Happened — What Do I Do Now?"

Free. One hour. Live Q&A included.

When something real opens in you — a moment of expansion, dissolution, sudden clarity — most of the frameworks around you don't have a container for it.

Psychology can help hold the destabilization. Mindfulness can offer some ground. But the actual experience — the contact with something vast, something that felt more real than ordinary reality — that's often left without a name.

Kashmir Shaivism, the tradition I've spent my life studying and practicing, is one of the few philosophical and experiential frameworks that has been sitting with exactly these kinds of openings for over a thousand years. Not to categorize them. But to understand what they're inviting you toward.

Two weeks from now, on September 16th, I'm holding a free live session — "Something Happened. What Do I Do Now?" — for people who've had a real spiritual experience and want to understand it more deeply.

We'll go into what these openings actually are, how the tradition understands them, and what genuine practice looks like in their wake. I'll also guide a short practice live, and there will be plenty of time for your questions.

Free. 55 minutes. No prior knowledge needed.

If this is your question — you're welcome.

A plateau in meditation isn't a failure.

It's actually a sign that you've done serious work. You've gone far enough that you've run into the edges of your current approach.

Most people don't get there. Most people stop before the practice becomes that real.

If you've been meditating consistently for years and something has stalled — if the technique still works but the movement forward has slowed, or you're not sure where to go from here — that's not the end of the path. It's a moment that calls for something different.

Often, that something different is a teacher who has navigated the same terrain and can point you further than you can see from where you're standing.

If this is where you are, I'd be glad to talk. The Finding Me Conversation is a free call — and it's a good place to explore what going deeper might look like for you specifically.

Something shifted for you — maybe suddenly, maybe quietly — and you've been trying to make sense of it ever since.

A moment of expansion. A sense that the ordinary you was briefly somewhere else, and something much larger was present. A clarity that landed so completely it changed how you see everything. And then — life resumed. But you weren't quite the same.

Maybe you've mentioned it to people you trust, and been met with silence or concern. Maybe you haven't mentioned it to anyone.

I want to talk about this.

On September 16th I'm holding a free live session — "Something Happened. What Do I Do Now?" — specifically for people who've had a real spiritual experience and are sitting with the question of what to do next.

We'll talk about what these experiences actually are, what the Kashmir Shaivism tradition understands about them, and what a genuine path forward looks like. And there will be time for questions — real ones.

It's free. It's on Google Meet. You don't need any background in meditation or spirituality.

You just need to have had something happen.

Meditation isn't an escape from what's happening in your life.

That's not what it offers, and it would be a lie to say otherwise.

What it does offer is something harder to find and more useful: the capacity to stay present with what's happening, without being overwhelmed by it. To find a place inside yourself that is steady even when everything outside is not.

When life is falling apart — when a relationship ends, a health crisis arrives, a career collapses — the mind tends to go to war with reality. Meditation doesn't end that war by force. It gives you a different place to stand.

If you're in the middle of something hard and wondering whether a meditation practice could actually help, I'm happy to have a real conversation about it. No pressure, no pitch — just a talk.

Something happened and you're not quite sure what to call it.

Maybe it was a moment of stillness so complete it felt like everything dropped away. Maybe it arrived in a dream, or during a crisis, or in a moment of ordinary life that suddenly wasn't ordinary at all. You felt something open. And then, just as quickly, ordinary life came back — and you were left holding this experience you didn't ask for and don't fully understand.

That's not a problem to solve. It's an invitation.

In the tradition I work with, Kashmir Shaivism, these openings are recognised. They have names, they have context, and most importantly, they have a direction they're pointing you toward.

If you've had an experience like this and don't quite know what to do with it, I'd be glad to talk it over with you. The Finding Me Conversation is a free, 25-minute call — no agenda, just a chance to explore where you are and what might help.
