I have been a Personal Trainer at New Zealands largest gym since 2002. During this time I have guided my clients on their personal journies to achieve individual results. My role as a Personal Trainer has evolved in recent years towards fitness consultanting and group/corporate training. What greater purpose in life is there without ones health and wellbeing? My goal is to help my clients improve and enhance lifes greatest asset.
