The hardest part of any winter routine is that you’re usually doing it on your own.

Not this one.

Reform & Recharge: The Winter Series has a community built into it. Over 5 weeks, two worlds will be coming together as one. One Facebook group. One community. Real people showing up at .nz and .nz at the same times you are, knowing your name, asking about your week. Move with them at Sisu, then talk all about it in the sauna after.
