Homeopathy is excellent in acute situations where symptoms have been present for less than two weeks. In first aid situations, the best way to dose is as follows.

Potency: 30C

For young children and babies, dissolve up to 3 pilules in up to 1 litre of preferably filtered water. Use a syringe or teaspoon to place gently under the tongue. Repetition is the same as with adults and teenagers.

For adults and teenagers, take 2–3 pilules under the tongue every 15 minutes.

Stop and assess after 3 doses. If no improvement is noticed, it may be time to consider a different remedy.

Homeopathy is about matching the remedy to the symptoms, so listening to the body is key.

Always seek emergency medical attention in any life threatening situation.
