Sorry I will be out of action for about 8 weeks. I had surgery yesterday and it was more invasive than planned. Had to stay overnight to recover from anesthetic 😔 I am back in a cast, 3rd time in under 3 years. 2 weeks in cast and 6 weeks in moonboot

A new direction😍.
Many of you know I was injured last January and then had surgery in November on my ankle. This put me out of action for several months. While I was recovering from surgery I decided to do some study. I have always been passionate about natural health and healing so I started studying The Spinal Flow Technique. I am excited to announce I am now a certified practitioner of this amazing therapy.

Spinal Flow focuses on optimising the health of the spine and the nervous system. A gentle and non- invasive therapy which is based on chiropractic science. This is a very relaxing treatment suitable for the whole family, including babies and all stages of pregnancy.

I have now opened a health and wellness business called Core Essence, which I will run along side Sculptured Cosmetics.

Stress can impact our health and wellness, causing pain and illness. The Spinal flow technique moves the body from a stressed state to the rest and digest state which accelerates the body's natural ability to heal, reduce pain and improve our wellbeing.

❤️We had a wonderful time on Saturday afternoon hosting a Beauty Birthday Party for Daisy. The girls had fun giving themselves a mini facial and then experimenting with makeup. Some shimmer shadows, a touch of hilighter, lipgloss and mascara, finishing their glam look with hairstyling. Everyone had a gift bag of skin care samples and some makeup to take home.
