🥬 Sunday Sauerkraut 🌈✨

Today’s colourful sauerkraut is made with homegrown goodness straight from my garden 🌿

🥬 Cabbage
❤️ Beetroot
💚 Leek
🧡 Carrot

All chopped, salted, massaged and packed into the jar — and now the magic begins! ✨️🫧

For the next 4 weeks, our friendly microbes will work their magic, transforming these humble veggies into a powerhouse living food that’s delicious, tangy and rather moreish! 🦠💚

Now… we wait! ⏳😋

Yesterday was yacon harvest day! 🌿😊

If you've never tried yacon before, now's your chance. We have some fresh yacon available for tasting, and a few rhizomes ready to plant in your own garden. If you'd like to give it a go, send me a message.

Happy to share the goodness - for free. 🥰

Growing, sharing and nourishing our community 💚

✨ What a fantastic afternoon! ✨

There's something pretty special about watching a room full of people transform a humble cabbage into a jar full of living goodness. 💚

Our recent Sauerkraut & Gut Health Workshop was packed with great questions, lots of laughs, hands-on learning, and plenty of delicious tastings. We explored why your gut matters, how fermentation works its magic, and just how simple it is to make your own nourishing foods at home.

Everyone headed home with their own jar of sauerkraut, new knowledge, and the confidence to keep their gut bugs happy! 🥬🫙

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a fun afternoon. I absolutely love sharing this ancient tradition and seeing people discover that real food really can be powerful medicine.

✨ ANCIENT. SIMPLE. POWERFUL. ✨
