This past week has been a busy and very up down vibes. In all honestly I’ve been stuck in the cycle of going to kura, mahi, doom scrolling and sleep.

But today I decided to take my sissy out and we got some kai, her nails were done very nicely andddd we’ve been doing paint by numbers and pickleball!!!

Yesterday was a hectic and high emotional day 🥲 My younger sister breaking her bone at kura by falling off the monkey bars (just like me), first ambulance ride 🚑 in the whanau. Running around doing errands, exhausted then moreee crying. Oh my goodnesss. At least she was all giggles after the green pen and started sassing me. But, it’s over now, I’ve slept and recharged my battery ready to have a mean feed!!! 😌

Although today wasn’t a high vibrating start I shall make sure to finish off with a bang! By bang I mean nurturing myself with positive things 😌

Just know when you’re down make sure to pick yourself up and live!!! FYI I learnt all this from my mama🩷
