Another Friday with our Rangatahi.
Today we talked about
BOSS LEVEL ANGER CONTROL. 20min journey.
Setting up traffic light systems
🔴 Stop and take Notice of the situation, 🟠 Breathe... 4, 2, 6 x3, if you need more do more.
🟢 Choices. Make good choices..

We talked about ANGER having an underlying feeling attached to it like- Feeling unseen,
Feeling unheard
Disrespected
Rejected
Afraid
Threatened
Sadness etc.

And how to start recognizing those emotions...

We all have a moster inside, the ultimate goal is to get control if that monster.

The younger we start the better it will be...

We have some exciting news... TAKE A LOOK
We are opening a studio here in town, a small space to make journeys just that little bit more intimate and attentive.
We are still holding our Community Journeys BUT they are changing to a Sunday every fortnight at the Hindu Heritage Centre Rotorua .
