Kia ora!
When a good friend asks me if I want to co facilitate a weekend retreat with wood fired sauna time and a beautiful location next to the beach... how could I say no to my favourite things! Yes I will be running different breathwork sessions throughout the weekend to help upskill and provide tools for your own well being and performance.
How can we be our best self when we aren't taking time out to heal and recharge?

This will be a great opportunity to do just that and have a bit of fun.

Happy gregorian new year to everyone and wishing you all a great year ahead.

What, yes, a post!!! I have been taking a break from social media posting for quite some time.

Then to get motivated to start up again is something else again.

I guess a festival is a great excuse to get me going again.
I will be facilitating an exploratory breathwork session at the upcoming Dimension festival in Northland.
I love this space and the teachings that may emerge from it.
The translation of Te Kore is considered the Void. It aligns with what Dr Joe Dispensa talks of in his work.

What is Te Kore to you?
I would love to hear your thoughts.

More than anything I would love to see you at Dimension festival.

Way to go Niraj! For those who are interested we are looking at a level 1 Soma Breath Instructor training late November in Sydney. This will be the first time this training will be in person in Australasia!

Said! Love your commitment and focus to taking on what I have shared with you for your breathwork practice improving your performance in the ring and with your boxing coaching. Your technical prowess is second to none. It has been awesome working with you. Dates for your calendar. Escape to the North for the upcoming New Earth Festival. It is in such a beautiful location at Paradise Valley.
