Hi,

These cassettes for half tablets are working very well so far:
*** These cassettes are for SSP sachet robot Series, not Cretem robots.
1. Spiractin 25mg
2. Quinapril 5 mg
3. Duride 60 mg
4. Furosemide 40mg
5. Allopurinol 100 mg
6. Bisoprolol 2.5 mg

Additional half-tablet cassettes will be introduced gradually.

Through ongoing testing, the SSP-240V continues to improve its medicine-checking performance as more data is accumulated. It can accurately analyze more than 15 different medicines, including half tablets. This continuous improvement gives us greater confidence in the system, and we believe the SSP-240V will make a strong impact on pharmacy packing and checking operations.

Dear Valued Pharmacies,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to let you know that Ryan’s last day with JK Robotics will be 7 March, as he and his family are planning to move to Australia. While we are very sad to see him leave, we fully support his decision and wish him every success in this new chapter.

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Ryan for the past five years. He has been a dedicated and hardworking engineer who has provided excellent service and support to your pharmacies. He will certainly be missed by our team.

For pharmacies previously under Ryan’s care, please contact the JK Robotics Help Desk on 021 2244 152 for any technical support or service requests during this transition period. Once we appoint a dedicated engineer for your pharmacy, we will inform you promptly.
