Nelson has only seen a 4.7% Rise
The cost of living has risen by 2.1% over the last 12months and the following figures are based on pre rate rise.

Richmond/Tasman has no hospital, healthcare providers are overwhelmed, traffic congestion is at its peak and all the TDC and NZTA don’t do anything.
