A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on the weekend, and to James Kuelger for sharing his incredible knowledge and experience with our community.
This session focused on the foundations of running well—because efficient running isn’t just about stronger legs or more fitness. It’s about how the entire body works together as one connected system.
One of the key concepts explored was tensegrity—the idea that the body functions as an integrated whole, where tension, movement, and stability are distributed throughout the entire system. When one area isn’t functioning efficiently, it affects the entire machine.
Small adjustments in technique can create significant improvements in efficiency, performance, and resilience while reducing unnecessary stress on the body.
It was awesome to see so many people investing in themselves, building strong foundations, and taking steps towards their goals.
