✨Hanging eyelids often start much lower in the body.✨

Tension travels — neck ➡️ jaw ➡️ temples ➡️ forehead —until the upper face is not only quietly overworking, but also being subtly pulled downward.

As the tension releases and the muscles relax, the eyelids begin to return to their natural position — not lifted, simply no longer being pulled down.

But what an amazing change for my client after her first session.

Meet my lovely client Jade!

How stunning is her transformation 🤩 from her first to her third session.
Jade came for three sessions a week apart and results speak for themselves. I loved working on Jade and seeing her tension melt and her body respond to the treatment.
Look at the difference in her neck - less tension, more upright posture and longer. Less tension through her shoulders and trapz. Eyes are brighter and more open, her skin radiant and glowing.

Another incredible transformation using Face up & Jaw Release!

My lovely client started with me to help her with her jaw pain.
We are three sessions in and the results speak for themselves. I mean look at her face 😍
What a change from her second to third session.

A quick masseter release to help soften jaw tension and ease that tight, heavy feeling along the sides of your face.

This muscle works all day when you chew, talk, clench, or concentrate — so giving it a little attention can make a big difference.

🌿 Day 4 — The Masseter Muscle

Today we’re working with the masseter —the strong, square‑shaped muscle at the side of your jaw that does most of the work when you chew, clench, or grind. It’s small, but it does a lot of work, which is why it can get tight so easily.

When the masseter is tense, you might notice:
👉 Jaw clenching or grinding
👉 Headaches around the temples
👉 Ear pressure or discomfort
👉 A tight, heavy feeling along the jawline
👉 One side of your jaw feeling stronger or
more “bulky”

This muscle works all day — when you chew, talk, concentrate, or hold stress in your jaw — so it can become overactive without you realising it.
When it tightens, it can affect how your jaw moves and even send tension up into the temples.

Releasing the masseter helps soften jaw tension, ease headaches, and bring more comfort and balance back into your whole lower face.

🌿 Day 3
SCM sternocleidomastoid Release

Today we’re working with the SCM — the long, rope‑like muscle that helps you turn, tilt, and stabilise your head.
It also sits right over major pathways for blood and lymph, which is why keeping it soft matters so much.

When the SCM gets tight, you might notice:
👉 A forward‑leaning head from
phone or computer use
👉 Jaw tension or clicking
👉 A tight, full, or congested
feeling in the neck
👉 Discomfort when turning your
head
👉 A slightly strained look
through the lower face

Because the SCM is active every time you look down, scroll, or hold your head forward, it can easily become overworked.
Releasing it supports better fluid flow, easier jaw movement, and a lighter, more relaxed neck.

✨ Routine:
Lymphatic Drainage - 10 rubs/ 10 tabs
Collar bones - behind the ear - armpits - tummy - groin - behind the knees

Platysma Stretch - 5-10 in each direction

SCM Stretch - 20-40 sec working through each side
