Mandys Yoga Class will not be running this Friday morning (18th) as the yogis are all away on our end of year retreat for the weekend.

The studio and other classes are back on from Monday but for my friday regulars I'll see you back in studio on Fri 25th 🙏🏻🕉✨️

You read right! It says "inherited". You can hold onto, not only your own trauma but can carry generations of trauma. These ones impact us the most and we have no idea about it 90% of the time! How to know if inherited trauma is affecting you?
