Hi everyone 👋
I’m so excited to properly introduce myself here as I haven't for awhile and to fill you in on a bit about me stuff 😊
I’m a Musculoskeletal Massage Therapist and have been deeply passionate about helping people move and feel better for many years.
Outside of my work, I’m someone who truly lives for the outdoors - hiking, skiing, and exploring some of the most incredible landscapes around the world 🌍 From trekking through the Himalayas to experiencing the raw beauty of Patagonia, I’ve always felt most alive immersed in nature. My favourite place, though, will always be right here in New Zealand 😊🇳🇿
Over the past few years, life has taken an unexpected turn.
After experiencing my second nearly fatal accident, this time on the ski fields, I found myself facing one of the biggest challenges of my life - long-term pain, rehabilitation, and learning how to rebuild from the ground up.
That journey changed everything for me.
During my recovery, I discovered Pain Reprocessing Therapy, which became a significant turning point. It helped me better understand the connection between the brain, the nervous system, and pain, and gave me a different perspective on healing.
Over time, I was able to gradually move beyond constant pain and reconnect with the things that bring me joy - the outdoors, movement, and living life more fully.
That experience inspired a new direction in my work.
Today, I’m passionate about supporting people who are navigating their own challenges with persistent pain and helping them better understand the mind-body connection. Dedicating my work to those who feel stuck, lost, or overwhelmed by ongoing pain - because no one should have to live feeling that way.
💛If you’ve ever struggled with pain, recovery, or finding your way back to doing what you love, you’re in the right place.
