To see people stand confidently, self-assured and strong to enhance the wellbeing of their entire families and communities. I started out in Ōpotiki following my mates to a Certificate in Recreation & Sport straight out of college, and ended up studying this absolute passion of mine! My passion has taken me around the world on cruise ships for a year before bringing me back to Aotearoa where I fin

ished off my degree and am now in the space of teaching at Toi Ohomai Mokoia Campus. I've met some amazing people and customise plans so they can achieve their specific goals. These can vary in lifestyle support and all areas of exercise and nutrition from fat loss and muscle gain, to sport specificity and competition preparation. I have a bit of a mantra which has helped me to participate in varying disciplines such as Mau Rākau, Crossfit, Strongman, Olympic Lifting, MMA and Bodybuilding: "Time and Effort Consistently = RESULTS"

Reminiscing on the NZ CROSSFIT NATIONALS campaign. Loved the journey & he process leading up. The result 😄 not so much. But more was learnt during the journey than any result would have given us.

Thank you to our coach for putting up with 😂 😂 😂 😂 as always brotha, my love and appreciation is giving back through death on the comp floor.
To my bro Lai aka the beast, aka diesel, aka Kim lols for carrying us through the comp during and prior, leading upto it and putting up with my bitching ☺. I would not put 💯 effort with anyone else girl and we achieved what we wanted to do ☺
