More nails arrived so today has become my personal spa day. Something to boost the confidence starting with coloring my hair midnight blue then hair removal, eyebrows tidied and nails done. All done by yours truly and at a very cheap cost $20 for hair dye and $20 for four sets of nails and glue however the cost of building up my confidence and overall emotional health is priceless. Today's workout: Cardio circuit consisting of 10 minutes on the Treadmill, 5 minutes of walking and 5 minutes jogging at 5 incline, 10 minutes on the Cross Trainer, Stair Master and Bike all with alternating intensity, 20 x walking lunges and finished off with a walk and play at the park with my furbaby 😁🐕.

Not everyone is an animal lover but one thing I can say is this girl has been my biggest support and overall rock through some of the toughest times of my life and one thing that motivates me when I'm wanting to hide away from the world is giving her what she needs and loves which is playtime at the beach and as expected its not just good her overall health but also good for my emotional health. Absolutely love this cuddly oversized snuggle machine!

Haven't posted my meals in a while so here are a few. Most are healthy full of vegetables, salads and proteins however I love my carbs especially garlic bread and its all about balance so enjoy your meals even If they contain something naughty because those little naughty treats can help our mental health but ofcourse in moderation.

Something i have started enjoying as a part of building up my confidence and self esteem and overall just enjoy doing has been my nails. I get most of them through temu and do them myself. Something so simple has kept my mind active while helping me regain some of that confidence that I have lost so have decided to add these to my posts. Well after almost a year off due to my own personal life challenges I made it back to the gym for a brief all over body workout consisting of cardio, a variety of lunges and some light weighted upper body workouts...A slow but good start. Looking forward to seeing my progress and muscles grow.
