Today we were decked out in yellow to support Harold and Waipā King Country Life Education Trust - and we even had a special visit from Harold himself! 🦒

Sanders Pharmacy came on board as official sponsors of Harold, Nicky, Abby and the Life Education team a few years ago - it means a lot to us to be able to support this fantastic initiative and support healthy education in schools. Every kid loves a visit from Harold and Nicky!

We hope you all having a relaxing (or productive!) King’s Birthday weekend. It’s amazing what a difference an extra day can make, whether it’s getting extra jobs done around the house, catching up with loved ones or exploring NZ.

Sanders Pharmacy are open 364 days of the year for our community - and we have been doing these extended hours since 2012 alongside Mahoe Med🌟. We know this after-hours service is absolutely valued in Te Awamutu and beyond.

Who remembers Wawn’s Wonder Wool?

Apparently you used to wrap this around your body and it would relieve pain. How does that work?!

It even suggests sewing it into a vest or jacket in emergency cases. 👀

I’m glad times have moved onto more effective remedies but it’s fascinating to get a glimpse into the past with this new edition to my ‘Pharmacy Relics’ collection.

Being part of our community is something we truly treasure here at Sanders Pharmacy. 💛

We are locally owned, with roots in Te Awamutu stretching all the way back to the 1950s - and giving back to the community that has supported us all these years really matters to us.

One of the ways we do that is through sponsorship. We can't say yes to everything, but we love supporting local schools and organisations that share our health and wellbeing kaupapa. 🌿

Here is my little man proudly delivering a prize hamper full of our products for the upcoming Puahue School Quiz Night - a big shout out to our neighbour Roz and the whole Puahue School PTA team for the mahi they do! 🙌

🌸 Welcome to the team, Jasmine! 🌸

We are so excited to introduce Jasmine, our newest pharmacist at Sanders Pharmacy! A fresh graduate and proud Thai-Kiwi, Jasmine has made the move from the big city of Auckland to country life in TA, and we are absolutely loving having her here.

Her warm, friendly nature has already made her a firm favourite with the whole team, and we love being able to support a talented young healthcare professional at the start of her career.

Those flowers are well deserved, Jasmine! 💐 Pop in and say hello - we think you'll love her too! 💛

We're open across both public holidays and Sunday, so you don't need to make the trip to Hamilton for your medicines and health advice:
