Our farmers are excellent at keeping an eye on everything that needs looking after.

The cows, the farm, the gear, the family, and the never ending to do list.

Looking after yourself isn’t always a top priority.

That’s where we come in. We are here to look after you. We support your spine and nervous system so you can keep moving, functioning and showing up for all the things that rely on you.

We enjoyed a delicious late lunch at 205 Pizza’s on Pollen Camp and Tackle.

Highly recommended!

It has been great getting to know the local businesses in Thames.

We enjoyed these pizza’s so much we want to give some away.

Kids adjustment visits look a little different.

We often end up ditching the adjusting table and the floor becomes the best place to be.

Kids move, wriggle, play, and we are used to working with them where they are most comfortable, making play part of the experience rather than expecting them to lie perfectly still.

Many families choose chiropractic as part of supporting their child’s healthy development, with a focus on the spine and nervous system, as their brain and body grow, move, learn and adapt.

For Hugo, today that looked like a bit of airplane play on the big bouncy ball.
