I assist and support people at difficult, confusing or challenging times in their lives through my ability to connect with their spirit guides and loved ones, including their animal friends in spirit. I practice etheric cord cutting work by discovering, releasing and removing karmic ties and experiences, and present and/or past life traumas that are causing issues in this life. This is done by a

special method where my client is conscious of what is happening, but is at the same time being regressed or assisted to "journey" through their past lives to find answers to solve their emotional, spiritual or physical issues. I work to retrieve soul fragments that have been left in a life or lives due to intense trauma or shock, and help return them to the soul for it's healing and wholeness. I also offer guidance and spiritual development sessions for people who are seeking to understand the deeper meaning of life and all the changes we are now experiencing as our planet shifts into higher vibrations of reality. For those who aren’t familiar with “orbs”, these are balls of light, usually white, but sometimes other colours, that are expressions of spirit energy manifesting itself to the visible eye or camera lens.

These orbs will sometimes show up in photos - often right above or on the person they are connected with in the picture.

Special events where people gather to take group photos are particularly prevalent times for these spirits to pop in and say “I’m with you” in the only way they can, and it’s so amazing and beautiful when this is realised by a family who thinks their loved one is missing out on the occasion.

Orb designs are often incredibly complex and beautiful. Some have spirals and swirls and some even have clear faces of the Spirit person within them. Some are simply dazzling light in a variety of colours.

It takes an enormous amount of energy for Spirit people to slow down their vibration to be dense enough for our human eyes to see.

I use the analogy of a fan.

When the fan is off or going slowly, you can see the blades, but as they speed up, they become blurry then finally invisible to the human eye.

Now, obviously the blades are still there, but due to them spinning/vibrating so fast, they give the impression they have disappeared!

It’s the same with Spirit.

Without the weight of a body, their energy is so light, they vibrate way, way faster than we do in our heavy ”suits” of flesh, but – and this is the cool bit – they are still right there with us – just invisible to most of us!

So now you can appreciate if you see a full spirit manifestation with a human or at least opaque appearance, that it has been one mammoth effort for them to do that!

Not surprisingly, moving around as small bright spheres of light, or showing up in photos around loved ones, is a more manageable way to say “Hi, I’m here!”

There are endless more on the internet, and maybe like me you have some in your own personal photos that you may never have noticed before!

Life Is What You Make It!

It’s you that writes your life story - no-one else, so make it a goodie!

Fill it with moments that take your breath away and make you excited, even when sometimes you may be a tiny bit scared to turn the next page.

Make it one that brings you to tears, warping the paper a little and leaving it with an indelible emotional punctuation mark, as if to impress on you -don’t forget that part!

Have a few plot twists : you were going to do this, but instead, this happened!

Compelling, surprising,unpredictable - just like life should be if you’re actually LIVING it!

Don’t forget a few lessons learned peppered in there.

These are the parts that made you sit up and listen.

The parts that burned you and broke you.

Fire and fickle clay-under-your-feet times, that melded together into the solid bricks of wisdom you walk on today.

Weave in stories of love and loss.

Golden days and stormy times.

All are part of the tapestry that make you such a beautiful piece of art to gaze upon now!

How will you finish this story?

Up to you of course, but I pray you will complete it feeling like you have just begun.

After all, that is then what defines it as the true tale it really is.
Because, life actually IS a never ending story…😉🤩✌️☯️

I guess most of you are not aware of all the things that are activated behind the scenes by Spirit when you book a session with me.

You will be surprised to learn how it’s a buzz of preparation and excitement for your guides and loved ones now that they are finally going to get a chance to either work with you to help you on your journey, or to talk to you and share love and connection with you!

From the moment you make a definite decision to come for an appointment, they are working with you - yes, BEFORE you come!

I have had many people say that something special happened in the days or on the day of their session.

It could be a sign from a loved one, a change in their circumstances that they were wanting or needing, or it could be any number of little “coincidences” or shifts in some part of their lives that they didn’t expect!

If it’s a health issue they want help with, the Love And Light beings will sometimes start to work on that before they arrive at my place.. and they notice they seem a little brighter already!

This is because intention is 90% of the outcome.

If you have clearly made the solid intention to commit to healing yourself or to contact a loved one, for instance… it’s as good as done in Spirit world and they get to work on making that happen!

I am often already in contact with your Spirit loved ones before you come.

Sometimes it’s even days before if they are really keen and excited!

I have had impressions pop into my head while I’m doing my own stuff around the house, or even at night when I’m trying to sleep.

I just tell the spirit to please remind me of what they are trying to tell me when their loved one actually arrives cos I’m rather forgetful if it’s a few days too early haha 😅

The excitement of your special Spirit family is amazing and the way they will come through jiggling and clapping, and soooo filled with love for you, well, it’s just next level.

It’s like the kind of love you simply can’t find often here and I get to feel it running through me too, as I am the channel for all that affection for you 🥰

Incredible!!

So next time you decide to make an appointment to connect with Spirit world, never doubt that they have been hanging out for you to make that move and that they will all be there with bells on, ready to greet you!

Grief isn’t a step by step process where you only go forward. That’s just what the books say.

This is what it really is when it’s happening to you.

It’s a one day you’re breathing and one day you’re screaming inside kind of feeling.

It’s a one day you make it to the supermarket and one day you barely make it out of bed sort of thing.

It’s rainy days being too much and sunny days being not enough.

It’s not even recognising your face in the mirror one day, then the next realising it’s how you look now with your pain written all over it.

It’s the one day uplifted by a sweet memory and the next completely taken out by one.

It’s.. it’s just IT.

It’s grief and it doesn’t go away, it just changes shape and you have to try and make space for it like an unwelcome person who’s insisted on moving into your life.

If this is how you feel, then I’m sure you want others who don’t know to realise that this is part of how grief looks and feels to you.

And if today hurts too much, I hope you believe that those that do know how you feel are out there and truly care about you even if you never meet.

Today at the supermarket, we passed a young woman walking down the same aisle as us.

She turned around and said to me “I love your hair” and then when I said, “Thank you so much”, she added “You’re such a cute couple!”

All of a sudden our average day turned into something wonderful!

We had been given a gift of love from a complete stranger.

We had been seen - in a good way, and it was truly uplifting.

How often do we go out and only feel the energy of mundane existence?

How often do we keep our eyes carefully averted from others in case it appears we are staring or rude, and silently walk past them.

It’s hard to find humanity out there nowdays and it makes for a lonely sterile world doesn’t it?

So if you see something in someone that you like - tell them!

I guarantee it will cheer them up no end, and that uplifted vibe they will feel will be passed on to everyone that they meet for the rest of their day.

And to the anonymous girl who felt free enough to be so kind to a couple of old weirdos - you are special - keep it up! 😄🥰

When people come for a reading, they usually are seeking connection with their human loved ones who have passed and don’t tend to think about their animal friends coming through as well.

The truth is, our beloved pets have been waiting to talk to them every bit as much as their people in Spirit.

Also, it often surprises them how their pets will often be the very first to pop up and say hello - even before the family and loved ones.

I will see them sitting beside their owners - at their feet or with their heads in their laps, but right there in the room with them as always! They will lick, jump around and snuggle up to their people in exactly the same way they did during Earth life.

This is because animals are just pure love and almost never have any other emotions that prevent them from coming forward with great excitement and eagerness when they finally get the chance.

They are often longing to comfort their owners and reassure them that it was the right decision to help them pass, or that they didn’t suffer when something took them suddenly.

They really don’t want to have their beloved humans feel guilt or enduring grief, and love to prove it’s really them by passing on little anecdotes about their personalities and what they liked and did while they were Earthside.

I am often “told” all sorts of things by them such as what they looked like, whether they got on with other pets in the family, naughty things they did and why they passed.

They like to talk about events that happened and who they connected best with in the family.
They will show me what their favourite place was in their home and the toys they played with.

They always want to mention if their person has had a tatoo done of them or is considering it - they just love that stuff cos they want to be close to you in every way possible still.

I love to see the joy and relief on their owners faces as I relate all these beautiful things to them. It helps them believe and trust that their fur-friends are doing fine and are still always nearby - and that’s gold!

It's hard to get your head around the sheer volume of souls who are always vying for an opportunity to come into an earth body for another spin of the reincarnation wheel.

There are soooo many more souls than there are available vessels for them here, and as a result, many of them are lined up and taking a great interest in people who are planning a baby (and also those who aren't but still find themselves expecting!)

For those souls who do find a match with parents here on Earth, it is a great privilege, and it is equally a privilege to be the mother or father of one of these special sparks of life!

I am now blessed to be grandmother to four such miracles, and my latest little "Star Girl" is just 6 weeks old, but already shows me she is wise beyond belief 😍

I am the matriarch of a wonderful family now. Sometimes that's hard, as I dearly miss my parents and other elders who were my source of support and comfort, but I take up the role with pride and know how truly fortunate I am to be here holding this role in life 🥰

Here's to all you parents and grandparents, learning the ropes and stepping into new spaces where your own forebears left their footprints before yours 🩷💙

CIRCLE OF GOLD

Ever been told you’re “too much” for someone?

Too much what? Too intense? Too sensitive? Too emotional? Too over the top? Oh, and my favourite - too highly strung!

Took me pretty much til now to work out what people were really saying when I heard these words. I finally get though!

So, if you are identifying with what I am talking about and feeling bad about yourself, or angry, or “not normal”, think about this.

We all vibrate at different levels due to our consciousness, and some of us are energetically way too high for many people to cope with.

Because they don’t understand this strange discomfort you provoke in them, they feel unsure of you, so they may pin a label on you that helps them make sense of you on some human level.

This gives them permission to distance themselves from you if they can’t handle the energy you radiate.

No-one is right or wrong here, it’s just like how magnets either attract or repel each other, or like how a dog can hear a high-pitched whistle and humans can’t exactly hear it, but sense something that tends to rattle and irritate them.

Bottom line is : embrace your innate sensitivity and high vibration - this is what gives you qualities such as being empathetic, intuitive, creative and passionate, just to name a few.

Now I can see that all my life, I’ve been honing my own vibration to the point where I now use the very traits I once hated in myself to do the spiritual work I came to Earth to offer.

Do not mistake your sensitivity for weakness!! You have a gift to use, so go out there and shine your amazing Light!

So here's a "hi-vibe" for everyone! 🤚 🤣☺️
