Diets suck and the truth is that most of them don’t work. Our body’s response to caloric restriction is to crave more fatty and sugary foods, so even if you do lose weight after the diet “ends” it is likely that yo

u will end up gaining all the weight back on and then some. I’ve been there… By the time I was 30 I had been on as many diets as I was old. Weight Watchers, Nutri – system, SlimFast, Richard Simmons – you name it, I tried it… I was in a vicious cycle until my late 30’s where I would stop and start a new diet frequently as I wasn’t seeing results from the old one (most of the time restricting myself from my favourite foods) and I would do crazy amount of cardio thinking this would lead to weight loss, which neither of them was the answer for long-term weight loss. Before I got into the fitness industry I was going nowhere…I was depressed….I felt like I was a failure. Monday mornings were my own personal hell. I had no direction and honestly couldn't see any way out of the cycle that I was in....something had to change or I was going to break. Today, my life looks completely different...

I no longer restrict what I eat, I listen to my body’s hunger cues and enjoy all foods from salad to pizza! I am the healthiest and happiest that I have ever been in my life! My own personal transformation is down to a few simple principles that I teach in my Fat Loss Foundations Coaching Program. I know these principles work because they have worked for hundreds of my clients too! As a Nutrition Coach, I have helped hundreds of people regain their health without dieting or restriction. In the Coaching Program, I will give you the tools to do the same. I am not perfect no one is, but if you don’t take action you never know what you are capable of. A personal one — but important.

I love structure…
But as a high-performing woman, it’s also the first thing I rebel against when life gets overwhelming.

When the to-do list grows, my brain fog kicks in.
I know what I should be doing for my health… but the mental load makes it feel impossible.

And that’s when the old habits creep back in — quick snacks, skipped meals, no energy, no motivation.

Not because I don’t care.
But because stress changes how your brain and body function.

What I’ve learned?

When everything feels “too much,” the answer isn’t more willpower.

It’s stepping back, breathing, and resetting — so you can come back stronger.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed and stuck with your weight right now, you’re not failing.
Your body is asking for support, not pressure.

I want to ask you something important — and not in a scare-tactic way, but in a real, woman-to-woman way:
