11kg down and, more importantly, a client who’s found a sustainable way of eating that she genuinely loves. 🫶🏼

Eden came back to Whole Nutrition after spending time working overseas on super yachts feeling inflamed, out of routine, and ready to get back to feeling like herself again. Water is one of the simplest things you can do for your health… yet it’s often the first thing to fall off in winter. ❄️💧

When it’s cold, we don’t feel as thirsty, we’re reaching for hot coffees and teas, and before we know it we’ve gone half the day without a proper drink of water.

But hydration still matters just as much in winter as it does in summer. Staying hydrated can help support:
✔️ Energy levels
✔️ Training performance
✔️ Recovery
✔️ Digestion
✔️ Hunger management
✔️ Concentration

As a general guide, aim for around 30–40mL of water per kg of body weight each day (more if you’re training, sweating, or spending time in heated environments).

A simple trick? Start your day with a big glass of water and keep a drink bottle within arm’s reach. Small habits add up.

Sometimes the biggest transformations have nothing to do with the number on the scales. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Brittany came to us wanting to lean up, build muscle, and improve her nutrition. Along the way, she not only achieved body composition changes, but also broke free from over a decade of food fears and restriction- all while loosing 4.5kg!

By focusing on fuelling her body properly, Brittany was able to lose body fat, build muscle, improve her relationship with food, and maintain her results long after her deficit ended.

I came to Whole Nutrition with the goal of leaning up, gaining muscle, and to learn more about fuelling myself appropriately for training and life. I left with that and so much more.

I learnt how to fuel my body correctly and not be afraid to eat enough or different things. I had been DF for over 12 years and had avoided so many foods and food groups due to so many food fears. Now, I’m eating everything again which is obviously I huge win!

Through a slow, knowledgeable deficit I was able to lean up but still continue to build muscle. And, now coming out of my deficit I have continued to keep the weight off, enjoy food more and not feel like I’m missing out on anything.

When we launched Whole Strength, we wanted to create more than just a workout programme. We wanted to help our clients build strength, confidence, and performance alongside their nutrition. 👏🏻

Shaunee joined us at 84kg with a goal of losing weight. Since then, she’s lost 13kg, but the biggest transformation has been far more than just the number on the scales. Through realistic nutrition, structured strength training, and consistent support, her focus shifted from simply losing weight to becoming stronger, improving performance, and building confidence in what her body can do. We’ve been making 5 serves at a time lately so Monday-Friday breakfast is completely sorted 👏🏻

This one is our raspberry cheesecake version:
– Weet-Bix base
– salted caramel protein mixed in with greek yoghurt
– berry compote on top 🍓

Such an easy way to get in a balanced, high protein breakfast without having to think about it during the week. ♥️👏🏻
