Rongo or to listen with all of your senses
Means you are feeling, seeing, smelling, hearing,
Intuiting while or even before you touch someone

This is what makes our kaupapa unique
From the massage service over the road
Or the herbal tea purchased from the organic shop

This requires wairua and mauri
To be the key activators to your own personal wellbeing
