Therapy space available! We have been solidly tenanted for the last 3 years so Im excited to share this opportunity with the right practitioners.
We are looking for the right practitioners that want to work within an integrative PHA (People's Health Alliance) wellness hub where we all support each other and the best outcomes for our clients. This is a walk in and work space, with furniture and linen provided. Included in the daily rate is power, internet, printer, kitchenette with teas, laundry use, bathroom, reception area, parking, and a supportive co-working environment. Marketing of your business is supported under the Hub umbrella, but you will be required to market yourself and generate your own clients.
Our Hub treatment room has become available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for fixed term lease at a daily rate of $70. Discount offered for a commitment to 3 or more days.
The right practitioners will:
* work by the PHA code of ethics and mission statement (see photo)
* have an existing client base
* work well within a coworking space and add to the culture
* be a holistic or integrative heath/wellness practitioner
* be well educated and trained in their specific modality to ensure client safety and results
