For most of my life, I struggled with low energy,
I was binge drinking, starving myself and restricting all of the foods that I enjoyed and didn't know how to change it.
I tried every solution out there, from diets to supplements to isagenix, hard core cardio, but nothing seemed to work and I was miserable.
I felt like giving up, thinking maybe there was something wrong with me.
But then I discovered how to fuel my body in a sustainable way for maximum energy, hormone balance and daily performance.
It was a game-changer for me, and I was amazed at how quickly I started seeing results.
Fast forward to today, and I'm a healthy weight and I have energy to carry out daily mum tasks and business tasks.
It's been a journey, but I'm so proud of how far I've come.
