Hello world! WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU . . .

I awoke to the beautiful crooning of Nina Simone 'Feeling good!' With both music and lyrics entwined . . what an uplift to ones soul!

However it made me reflect as to WHEN WAS the last time i'd watched a dragon-fly flitter amongst the reeds . . . the last time I'd relaxed in the sun while observing the beautiful colours and patterns on the wings of a monarch butterfly . . . or smelt the beautiful, refreshing scent of the pine trees while hiking through the forest ???

I can tell you, it was way TOO LONG AGO! What about yourself? Has the busyness and clutter of life become the norm?

When was the last time you took 'time out' to smell the roses, take a bush walk? Lets you and I appreciate the things going on around us and take a break from the fast track . . .if just for a moment!
