A misty beach walk this morning.

I kept seeing so many interesting patterns and colours… this beach is forever changing and showing me new visual treats.

So good to get the feet in the sand too ☺️

This amazing piece of driftwood reminds me of the ilia (hip) bones with the hole that the sciatic nerve goes through. Love how the curve follows the lines of the hills as well. Sunday morning beach walk nature appreciation 😊

Hi everyone

Just popping in to say "hello" with the world's tallest indoor waterfall, the amazing Rain Vortex at Changi Airport behind me.

I loved our visit with family in beautiful England and especially spending lots of time with my three gorgeous nieces. Visiting Thailand on the way home was a real treat for the senses, (despite the dodgy plumbing) with stunning colours, incredible food and bustling busyness. It's great to be back though, and as always I feel indescribably fortunate to call Aotearoa New Zealand home.

I'm also very happy to be back in my little clinic and I have a space on Wednesday afternoon and a few spots next week.

Last day of 2025 was a beautiful sunny day in Shropshire with our extended UK family 💕

I went for a walk in the woods and found fairy houses, lots of squirrels and a very old yew tree, next to a Tudor Manor House

For the Craniosacral Therapists out there, they may remember Michael Kern’s childhood story of a Yew tree? - I can’t remember it exactly but I thought of it today!

So much beautiful greenery and growth in the vegetable garden over the past week.

We’ve got a bumper crop of blueberries and passion fruit on the way - which we may miss as we’ll be away in England!

In a year that has felt a bit ‘stuck’ for a lot of us, treading water trying to keep businesses afloat in a pretty bad recession, with a massive increase in cost of living, it’s felt difficult at times.

I’m lucky that I have an amazing base of long term clientele who trust me with their health and who reach out when their bodies whisper ‘you need a Craniosacral treatment!’

I’ve also been growing this year, by up-skilling to include Holistic Life Coaching and ACT (Acceptance and commitment therapy, a form of CBT)

I am SO excited to be offering these life changing therapies next year 👏 in person and online.

Look how pleased with myself I am with my first attempt at a floral display 😆

I was asked to submit one as a local business for the annual ‘Florafest’ here in Waiuku this weekend 🌸

The brief was to represent what our business does… florally!

I got the weathered pot from my favourite shop Waiuku Zero Waste and painted it with a face and ‘Craniosacral’ hands. The lovely Kathy .wellbeing offered up some of her beautiful roses and her very cool spine model 💕

I went with an inner wisdom /brain ventricles/third eye/neurons theme and thoroughly enjoyed the process!
