Looking after your body, and mind is a full time job. It doesn’t really ever get ‘easier’, as we can constantly be raising the bar.
A key theme this week for my people has been discussion around comparison. In all fields of life.
I think the lesson here is yes, raise your bar *sometimes* but also CELEBRATE achievements - no matter how big or how small.
Celebrate your whānau when they achieve ‘their hard’. And celebrate the crap out of yourself when you achieve your hard.
Stand back from judgement, criticism, and comparisons- and just sit in the absolute joy that is celebrating someone else and whatever they did that was ‘challenging’ for them.
We are all different. We have different goals, backgrounds, stories, bodies, abilities, dreams and desires.
Permission to CELEBRATE ourselves, because that means you paused, took a look back and realised how far you came!
Plus celebrating others, friends, family, community is key to finding peace within yourself!
It just makes you feel happier, and the person who did a thing, made a thing, felt a thing, lived to see another day…
Whatever it is.
PAUSE.
Reflect.
Celebrate whatever you want!
You earned it.
And if someone else did it, reframe your comparison thoughts into INSPIRATION and go to, be, feel or think about how awesome you are too.

It removes comparison (the joy killer) and it just allows more love to vibrate.
