Saying goodbye to the last week of Autumn (fall) here in NZ. I love this season for its crisp blue skies, gentle sunlight, and beautiful leaves. ๐ Not to mention all of the incredible produce & flowers that seem to make their way into our house gifted by friends and family - Persimmons, guavas, mandarins, and more. ๐ฏ๏ธ๐๐
As we approach our winter season, itโs a time in nature to turn inward, conserving energy for our bloom later in the year, and focus more on rest and restoration. Thereโs still so much happening but itโs occurring under the surface below what we can see.
Harnessing the energy of winter can look like: journalling, baths, fireside rests and chats, group workshops, having cosy nights in, gentle walks, cuddles, visiting the wintery sea, having cups of tea in bed and hosting candlelit dinner parties with friends ๐ชต๐ต๐ฅ๐
Thereโs something special about every season we move through.
