My knee has been quite sore the last week so I decided to do a Moxa Stick on, to strengthen the blood and stimulate the flow of energy.
The left knee being sore is about issues with a significant female ( yup can see that one)holding on to hurt and loss from the past ( also know what that is) feeling like a victim ( umm not sure about that one! 😔 constant criticism and holding my self back( oh yes there it is the criticism of one’s self)
Looks like I have some stuff to work on!

My theme for this week is "Staying in MY Power".
Today tested up with the crown Chakara Spray - this one is called Grace Alignment" aligning with my true self and taking my power back.

This morning's ritual that muscle tested for myself was all about grounding, trust, confidence, and connection.

Root Chakra Spray, reminding us to trust, to know, and to feel deeply anchored to the Earth. The root chakra provides stability and security, helping us remember that we are not simply floating through life but are supported by the nourishing yin energies of the Earth.

Australian Bush Flower Confidence Essence, supporting self-esteem, confidence, and personal power. A beautiful reminder to believe in ourselves and our ability to move forward with courage.

Crown Chakra Oil from Raglan Botanicals. The crown chakra, located at the top of the head, is our connection to higher consciousness and spirit. This beautiful oil supports us in releasing cynicism, opening our minds, and reconnecting with what feels sacred and meaningful in our lives.

Crystal card for mental clarity was Amethyst. This powerful crystal reminds us that there is something greater beyond what we see on the surface and that everything is interconnected. Amethyst supports self-forgiveness, spiritual awareness, and protection from negative thought patterns, helping us return to a place of peace and clarity.

✨ My Morning Ritual ✨

Every morning, I spend time connecting with myself through essential oils, flower essences, crystals, sprays, and oracle cards, seeing what messages come through for me.

Today, the focus was on the **Throat Chakra**—communication, self-expression, creativity, and having the courage to speak our truth. This resonated deeply, as sometimes I find it difficult to put my feelings or concerns into words.

The Australian Bush Flower **Body Beautiful** essence also came up, reminding me to acknowledge, celebrate, and appreciate my body and how far it has carried me through life. Alongside this, I used my beautiful **Self-Love Spray**, made by my lovely cousin Michelle, which felt like the perfect reminder to nurture myself with kindness and compassion.

My card from the **Crystal Mood Deck** encouraged playfulness in learning and growth, while **Green Calcite** brought a message of self-discovery, simple joys, and a love for life.

Together, these messages felt like a gentle reminder to express myself, practice self-love, and find joy in the journey.
