In July 2025, I had the honour of running a workshop/talk on sound and how it affects us at the PCT Conference 2025 run by the PPTA Te Wehengarua.

It was lovely to meet such inspiring teachers and to hear that some are already using sound in their classroom and in their own personal lives.
Amazing experience and can’t wait to do more of these 🙂

My body is shedding, detoxing,… it’s letting go. Things feel tender, physically and emotionally. So I allow things to move. I’m making space to let go, so there’s space for the new. (The affirmations can be adapted to what you need and feel… )

Double trouble this weekend!
On Saturday 20/12, you can join Marti and I on a solstice event with 54 sun salutations, sound healing and yoga nidra. Perfect opportunity to move your body, release, breathe and embody.
On Sunday 21/12 afternoon, you can join me for a lovely chill intro to Fascial Maneuvers and a 60-minute sound journey to relax, release and integrate.

We are back!

Join and I to celebrate the Summer Solstice with a guided practice of Sun Salutations, Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra.

Repeated sun salutations have been traditionally practiced on solstice and equinox days to cleanse body, mind and spirit in preparation for the new season - in this case, also the new year 🙂
