Our monthly memberships are back for August, with three simple ways to make rest and recovery part of your routine:

Single Float $75/month
Double Float $99/month
Contrast Therapy $45/month

Each membership includes one session credit every month, plus rollover credits, shareable use and member rates on additional sessions.

One of the questions we get asked most often is: “How often should I float or use contrast therapy?”

The truth is, there isn’t one right answer. Some people come in occasionally, while others find that making it part of their regular routine is where they notice the biggest difference.

If you’ve never floated before, it’s completely normal to have questions (and a few misconceptions!).

The truth is, there’s no “right” way to float. You don’t need to meditate, clear your mind, or know what to expect. You simply show up, get comfortable, and let the experience unfold in whatever way you need that day.

Every first-time floater starts somewhere and we’re here to make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.

Warm, gently spiced and made with cacao husk, ginger, cardamom, clove and black pepper, it’s the perfect cup to linger over after your float.

We’ll have it brewing on rotation for a limited time this winter to celebrate our collaboration with the Royal New Zealand Ballet’s Winter Season.

Float into the RNZB Winter Season ❄️

As longstanding partners of the Royal New Zealand Ballet, we’re proud to support the wellbeing and recovery of its dancers and staff.

This winter, we’re bringing their work into the float tanks.

Until 31 August, you can choose to float to the soundscape of the RNZB’s Winter Season, a luminous triple bill celebrating the company’s past, present and future.

After your float, linger in our lounge with a complimentary cup of Libertine Blends Cacao Chai, available on rotation for a limited time this winter.
