Hi everyone,
How are you getting on mid-week, I hope you are prioritising your well-being and needs?
We often think we are, yet run around after everyone else and are then too tired to enjoy the things we love.
Resting when you can is sensible, not lazy. It helps your mind and body to recharge and become more productive in the long run.
We all want to feel happy and loved, but this too takes time and effort.
It starts with our own self-love first. The way we talk about and treat ourselves is super important to feeling happy inside.
We can easily show kindness, compassion and support to others, and yet often put ourselves last.
It needs to be a healthy exchange, with strong boundaries and reciprocal energy output.
If you are a constant giver and people pleaser, the world loves you, but it's not sustainable.
It's so important to take care of yourself and make sure your health and well-being come first.
I wish you all a nourishing day to cherish yourself and honour your needs. You can then show up more authentically for everyone else.
