Hi everyone,
How are you getting on mid-week, I hope you are prioritising your well-being and needs?

We often think we are, yet run around after everyone else and are then too tired to enjoy the things we love.

Resting when you can is sensible, not lazy. It helps your mind and body to recharge and become more productive in the long run.

We all want to feel happy and loved, but this too takes time and effort.

It starts with our own self-love first. The way we talk about and treat ourselves is super important to feeling happy inside.

We can easily show kindness, compassion and support to others, and yet often put ourselves last.

It needs to be a healthy exchange, with strong boundaries and reciprocal energy output.

If you are a constant giver and people pleaser, the world loves you, but it's not sustainable.

It's so important to take care of yourself and make sure your health and well-being come first.

I wish you all a nourishing day to cherish yourself and honour your needs. You can then show up more authentically for everyone else.

Ooh it's a chilly start to our day in Wellington and hope you are cosy and warm.

How has your mindset been lately, has it been mainly boosting you or taking you away from feeling happy?

No judgement, just having some awareness helps to notice when our self-talk is draining and unnecessary.

We can waste alot of time and energy being in our head overthinking, worrying, catastrophising and creating scenarios that may never happen.

Instead, by focusing on gratitude and what we actually want to happen, shifts our mindset to a much more positive one.

Backing ourselves that we will have the confidence, skills and resources to make things happen.

Trusting our own intelligence, life experiences, intuition and gifts along the way.

Filling up your own cup in a way that feels fun, light and uplifting.

Allowing your mind to wander without expectations.

Your body to find some ease through relaxation or some gentle activities.

Its a beautiful calm and quiet morning here in Welly and enjoying a lie in, I hope you are too.

Life is so much more fun with our gorgeous friends that are always there and on call for playdates and adventures.

Our beautiful soulsisters that we can chat to about anything, laugh at ourselves, get lost in the simplist of places, see the beauty in life and boost each other when needed.

Our circles may get smaller as we get older and our energy shifts. We understand and know what feels authentic and good for us.

We start looking more for quality over quantity in all aspects of out life.

We begin to simplify as we realise it's not more that makes us happy.

Its all the genuine people, life changing and uplifting experiences, beautiful treasures and heartfelt memories that matter most.

Its such a beautiful morning to wake up to and enjoy.

I hope you've been able to prioritize some self-care and nourishment this week, including the weekend.

Enjoying some pampering in whatever way feels good to you.

Ive been enjoying doing some deep stretches and breath work to feel more energised. I like to do them in nature for an even bigger boost.

Awakening our senses in new and delicious ways, excites the mind and body while making you feel alive.

Bringing in some beautiful colour pops and combos that make you feel amazing.

Finding joy through all the wonderful little thing's each day that light you up.

Getting your creative juices flowing with a new project or some playtime.

Maybe creating a fun photo collage of all your favorite things to do.

Hi everyone,
A beautiful sunny and calm morning to wake up to and I hope you can enjoy it.

Every day is a gift, it may not feel like it some days, but there is always something to learn from each experience.

How we react to life says alot about how our inner world is.

If we are feeling good inside, then we are less likely to overreact and let things go more easily.

On the other hand, when we are tired and wired, its easy to jump to conclusions, assume instead of checking or feel frustrated and angry.

Our mindset is everything and will make or break our days for us.

The good news is we are the driver here and can shift our mindset at any time.

People can see the same event and all respond and see things in different ways.

It takes wisdom to forgive, release and move forward, taking the lessons with you.

Hi everyone,
How are you getting on mid-week, I hope you are having an enjoyable one so far?

Some weeks we just seem to go with the flow and life feels awesome, light and playful.

Other weeks we become easily triggered by anything and everything, and we are hanging out for the weekend.

Thats life and many different factors can be at stake.

Obviously the more sleep we can get the less frazzled we feel. Sounds easy, bit it seems sleep deprivation is high on many people's lists these days.

Hormones, lifestyle, stress, overstimulation and anxiety are playing big roles in these challenging times, and affecting our health.

Good sleep is so vital to our well-being, ongoing health and energy each day.

If there is one thing to switch in your self-care, its having a relaxing and nourishing night routine/rituals to help reset your body clock.

If you are too wired at night, your body keeps thinking you want to keep working and thinking.

Like training a child to sleep, sometimes we need to go back to basics and allow our mind and body to learn how to relax and sleep again.

I do love each season for the changes they bring and each has their own unique gift to share.

Its important to take some extra time and really allow yourself the luxury of rest and recharging.

You can only be at your best, and there for others when you are prioritising self care.

This includes doing things that boost your wellbeing and make you feel good inside and out.

Its not about just surviving, but thriving by enjoying your life and making the most of each day.
