Mōrena koutou 🤎

I am grateful to announce, I have recently partnered up with Tū Ora Compass Health to provide fully funded packages of care within our community here in the Wairarapa.

These sessions are specifically intended to support tangata who may not currently have access to funding through other pathways such as ACC or additional healthcare support, including those experiencing financial barriers to accessing care and support.

If you are navigating something emotionally, mentally, spiritually, or physically, and feel that Mirimiri / Romiromi may resonate as a pathway of support for your healing journey, please feel welcome to reach out.

This kaupapa is about creating accessible spaces of care, support, and wellbeing for our people 🤎

If you are experiencing:

- Physical pain, injury, or tension held in the body

- Stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or emotional heaviness.

- Grief, burnout, or feeling like you’re carrying too much

- Difficulty sleeping, restlessness, or exhaustion
life changes, loss, or feeling disconnected from yourself

For more details please PM me or or message on 021 02434877 or [email protected] x

Acknowledging my beautiful sister, Manaia Carswell Muri Aroha 🤎

I feel deeply grateful to walk alongside this wahine. It may not be every day, but there is a thread between us that has always felt old… ancient… woven through whakapapa, through wāhine standing alongside wāhine, uplifting and supporting one another within our own communities.

I’m so proud of you, my friend. Thank you for creating space to walk with me through your powerful works of art, and for the way you have woven your story with such honesty, courage, and growth.

I acknowledge all that it has taken to arrive at this point of evolution💫the hours, the blood, the sweat, the tears.

You should be so proud of yourself!
Kūmara! Speak of your sweetness Sister! 😍😂🤎

I have no doubt many will connect deeply with your story and the journey you have shared.

You are you, and I am me… ✨

If you want to experience Manaia’s beautiful story telling AUPIKI- expressed through her hands, her weaving, her poetry, all flowing from the heart of Te Ao Raranga..

The exhibition finishes at the end of this week Aratoi Museum of Art and History x
