Before I became a mum, I became a researcher.

Not because I wanted to.

Because I was searching for answers.

Before I became a mother, I experienced five miscarriages.

Each loss brought heartbreak.

But it also brought questions.

I found myself wanting to understand more about how our bodies work, what supports them, what challenges them, and how we can create the best environment for health and healing.

It was during those years that I became increasingly interested in things like reducing toxic exposure, essential oils, and supporting the body's natural processes.

What started as curiosity became something deeper.

A passion for learning.

A desire to understand not just how to survive difficult seasons, but how to support wellbeing through them.

Looking back now, I can see those experiences shaped me in ways I didn't understand at the time.

They taught me resilience.
They taught me patience.

And they became another important step on the path that would eventually lead to Vitality.

Most people don't know this about me...

My wellness journey didn't begin with fibromyalgia.

It didn't begin with naturopathic studies.

It didn't begin with PEMF.

It started when I was a teenager.

I experienced multiple severe allergic reactions to prescribed medications, including several episodes of anaphylaxis.

It was frightening.

And it completely changed the way I viewed health.

For many people, medication is something they can take without a second thought.

For me, it wasn't that simple.

I became curious about what else supports health and wellbeing.

That curiosity led me to essential oils.

Then nutrition.

Then reducing toxic exposure in everyday life.

Then minerals, supplementation, nervous system health, naturopathic studies, and eventually frequency-based wellness.

Looking back now, I can see that one experience quietly shaped the next 30 years of my life.

It taught me to ask questions.

To keep learning.

To look beyond quick fixes.

And to trust that our bodies are incredibly capable when we give them the support they need.

I'm still learning every day.

But it all started with one question:

I've been asking the same question for over 30 years...

How do we stay well?

As a teenager, I experienced multiple severe allergic reactions to prescribed medications, including several episodes of anaphylaxis.

It was scary.

But it also changed the direction of my life.

For the first time, I became curious about what else might support health and wellbeing.

That curiosity led me down a path I never could have predicted.

Over the years I became fascinated by essential oils, nutrition, minerals, reducing toxic exposure, naturopathic studies, nervous system health, frequency-based wellness, and the incredible ways our bodies are designed to heal and adapt.

Life has given me plenty of reasons to keep learning.

Miscarriages.
Fibromyalgia.
Divorce.
Family illness.
Trauma.
Recovery.

Each chapter taught me something new.

Looking back now, I can see that Vitality wasn't really the beginning of the story.

It was simply the next chapter.

A place where I could share some of what I've learned along the way and help others feel more supported in their own journey.

I'm still learning.

I'm still curious.

And I still believe one of the most important questions we can ask is:

✨ How do we help ourselves stay well, not just survive?

The surprising thing about this work...

The people who find their way to me are rarely the people you'd expect.

✨ The exhausted mum who never stops giving.

✨ The tradie whose body carries the weight of a hard day's work.

✨ The nurse finishing another long shift.

✨ The professional running on empty.

✨ The person living with chronic pain.

✨ The overthinker whose mind never quite switches off.

✨ The wellness skeptic who just wants real answers.

✨ The athlete looking after recovery and performance.

Different lives.
Different challenges.
Different reasons for showing up.

But underneath it all, they're often looking for the same thing...

🤍 To feel more like themselves again.

A little more energy. A little less stress. A little less discomfort. A little more balance.

No pressure. No big promises.

Just a gentle space to pause, reset, and support your body.

The love for people, growth, wellness, and creating a life that feels peaceful and meaningful.

Behind Vitality is just a real woman — a busy mum of 3, working full-time, building something she genuinely believes can help people feel better in themselves again ✨

One of the things I love most about this technology is how gentle and relaxing it feels while still supporting the body at a cellular level.

You don’t have to wait until burnout to start supporting yourself 🤍

Most of us are so used to pushing through that we only slow down once our bodies force us to.

When we’re exhausted.
Overwhelmed.
Not sleeping properly.
Running on empty.

But support doesn’t have to wait until things feel “bad enough.”

One of the things I love most about frequency-based wellness is that it’s gentle. It’s not about forcing the body harder — it’s about helping support and regulate a system that may already be carrying a lot.

And sometimes the smallest acts of support can make the biggest difference over time ✨
You don’t wait until your phone is completely dead before charging it.

You don’t wait until your car completely breaks down before servicing it.

Your nervous system, your body, and your wellbeing deserve that same care too 🤍

That’s why I’m so passionate about creating a calm, supportive space where people can simply slow down, reset, and feel more like themselves again.
