Honestly, a regulated life isn't a stress-free life.
Life will always be lifing - so it really just goes down to learning how NOT to lose yourself in the middle of the chaos.
We tend to think that wellness looks like a perfectly calm bubble where nothing ever goes wrong. But real nervous system care isn't about eliminating stres, it’s about building the capacity to handle it without abandoning ourselves.
Catching yourself when your chest tightens, taking that one intentional breath, and choosing a slower pace, even when the world is rushing around you.
This gorgeous sky was a gentle reminder for us to just soften and let go of what isn't ours to carry.
