If your subconscious believes something that doesn't support your goal, it's never going to happen. Often people think they fail at diets and weight loss because of a lack of willpower and discipline.
But actually it all comes down to your beliefs.
My client held a believe that if she was thin, she would be too visible. And that it would come with many other problems for her.
So the belief that's holding you back might not be something as simple as 'I can't stop eating', it could be something more complicated such as 'It's not safe to be seen'.
Start to think about your beliefs around food and losing weight and notice what comes up.
