practic after its philosophy of natural healing caught my attention. Seeing that people can be helped without drugs and surgery was a breath of fresh air. After five years of study at university and then practicing chiropractic for four years. Like most people, I had never heard of the practice, but events were unmistakably guiding me to it. I signed up for a ConTact C.A.R.E course in early 2016, and it made so much sense and came so naturally to me that I knew within the first hour that it would become my primary modality. After that first course, I never really practiced chiropractic again because my patients were having such profound healing responses. When I began using Flinchlock release, I noticed that my clients spines began to adjust themselves without me applying any manual adjustments or manipulations. Not only did the spine adjust itself, but the body held itself better than ever before. I realised that the body (in its entirety) compensates for past impacts that are still held in the body. Like they say, ā€œThe body keeps the score,ā€ and it turns out that bone contain a huge piece of the puzzle. The body already has all the intelligence to heal and thrive. We just need to find out what's in the way of its potential and Flinchlocks are a big one. Through my personal experiences and client transformations, sharing ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release with people has now become one of my main priorities along with vitalistic healing principles. My personal belief is that something can always be done, it's never too late and your never too far gone to be helped.

The event matters.

But the meaning your nervous system attaches to the event matters even more.

When you do the deeper work, youā€™re not just trying to ā€œthink differently.ā€

Youā€™re releasing the emotional charge, the survival response, and the old meaning your subconscious mind attached to what happened.

When that deeper trauma begins to release, your relationship to the past changes.

The memory can remain but the wound no longer has to run your future.

Then the pain becomes wisdom.

Today marks my last day ever doing Flinchlock Release.

After 10 years of working with people through ConTact C.A.R.E and Flinchlock Release, this is a pretty huge moment for me. Iā€™m incredibly grateful for the journey, the people Iā€™ve worked with, the breakthroughs Iā€™ve witnessed, and everything this work has taught me.

But now itā€™s time for a new chapter.

Iā€™m stepping fully into my next purpose: helping people release trauma, emotional baggage, and the deeper patterns that keep them stuck, so they can find peace, enjoy life again, and feel like themselves.

Iā€™m genuinely so excited for where things are heading. There are new things launching very soon, a bigger vision unfolding, and some travel coming up too.

So this is me signing off from one chapterā€¦

and stepping into the next.

Grateful for the past.
Excited for whatā€™s coming.

Breakups donā€™t break you.

They bring the unresolved parts to the surface
the wounds, the triggers, the patterns you didnā€™t even know were running the show.

They point to the old stuff you've been carrying in the background.

And while it can feel like everything fell apart
this is often the moment something deeper is ready to heal.

What if it wasnā€™t just painā€¦ but a blessing in disguise?

An opportunity to do the inner work, to rebuild your self-worth and create a version of you that no longer settles for less.

And when that work is doneā€¦ you realise they didnā€™t break you.

They showed you exactly what needed to heal an old wound ā¤ļø

I was splitting my energy between two pathsā€¦
Bodywork felt safe. Coaching felt right.
So I stayed in the middle. One foot in, one foot out.

Part-time energy = part-time results.

I was holding back.
Holding onto the safety net just in case it didnā€™t work.

But life doesnā€™t reward hesitation.
It rewards commitment and action! šŸš€

The insecure part.
The angry part.
The part that felt not enough, not wanted, not worthy.

When you stop rejecting those parts and accept them, something shifts.

They lose their charge.
They stop controlling you.

Sometimes the life you want is sitting on the other side of the decision you keep avoiding āš”

I was stuck for yearsā€¦ angry, ashamed, feeling like a failure and like I didnā€™t deserve love or happiness. I kept hoping time would fix it, but it didnā€™t šŸ˜°

At some point, I had to take the leap and invest in myself. I had to go ALL IN and become someone different šŸš€

Because on the other side of that decision is a different version of youā€¦ The one who backs themselves. Who makes things happen instead of waiting. Who creates the income, the opportunities, the life they actually want šŸŒŸ

No one is coming to save you. Not the government. Not anyone. You've got to decide.

As of May 18th, Iā€™ll be stepping away from Contact Care Flinchlock Release to go all in on Neuro Transformation Therapy.

For over a decade, Iā€™ve worked hands on helping peopleā€¦ and that chapter has meant a lot to me. šŸ™
Iā€™m deeply grateful for it.
Iā€™ll always have that skill. Itā€™s part of me.

I didnā€™t expect to feel emotional writing this, but Contact Care has been a huge part of my life.

It helped transform my body.
It brought me back after my 2017 car accident.
I donā€™t think Iā€™d be where I am today without it. šŸ’™

Over the past few months, something shifted.

Through Neuro Transformation Therapy, Iā€™ve been witnessing real changeā€¦ āœØ
