What if healing isn’t about becoming whole?
What if, instead, it’s about mending, bringing the pieces of ourselves close enough, and weaving them together, so that the fabric can hold?
In this episode of Constellations and All That, Tracy sits with Karin Dremel, a systemic traumatologist and heart-centred systems constellator, to explore a different way of understanding healing, trauma and the parts of ourselves we may feel are broken or fragmented.
Karin shares the beautiful metaphor of mending and darning, not trying to erase what has happened, but beginning with the strong parts and slowly weaving from there.
Together, they explore what becomes possible when we stop trying to fix ourselves and instead begin to recognise the strength, wisdom and uniqueness that are already within us.
Perhaps healing isn't about becoming someone new.
Perhaps it's about remembering what is already there. 🤍
