The Solstice is one of the most powerful turning points in the Earth’s annual cycle.

For thousands of years our ancestors gathered at sacred sites to honour this moment when the Sun reaches its greatest expression of light.

It is about revelation.

It is about seeing clearly.

It is about remembering who we truly are beneath the noise, conditioning and expectations of the world.

At the peak of light, the cycle begins to turn.

We are invited to celebrate all that has come into fruition, release what no longer belongs to us, and consciously choose the frequency we wish to embody in the months ahead.

This is a powerful time for heart coherence, sacred remembrance, intention setting and anchoring your light into the Earth.

As the outer Sun reaches its peak, may you reconnect with the inner Sun that has always lived within you.

Our feet connect with so many energy points and meridians that assist in general health…
Kiwis are known for being barefoot in almost every season, and although uncomfortable I try and do it as much as possible not just for grounding but to trigger those different points, get circulation and stagnancy moving and shift energy.

What a shock - nature is way more capable than it’s given credit for… 🤔

They called it lost.

A massive coral reef in the Indian Ocean was hit hard by the 2016 global bleaching event. The heat stress turned once-vibrant coral fields ghostly white, killing large sections of the reef. Scientists believed the damage was irreversible and expected recovery to take many decades—if it ever happened at all.

But nature had other plans.

Within just four years, researchers were stunned to find something extraordinary: around 75% of the reef’s living coral had returned. Instead of slow, gradual repair, the ecosystem showed a rapid rebound that defied earlier predictions.

Experts think this surprising recovery came from a combination of factors—an influx of coral larvae drifting in from nearby healthy reefs, plus the survival of unusually heat-resistant “super corals” that endured the initial bleaching. These resilient survivors helped kickstart regrowth and rebuild the reef far faster than expected.

The discovery is reshaping how scientists understand reef resilience and offering new hope that some ecosystems may recover faster than once believed—even after extreme climate events.

🤯 Nature’s comebacks are often more powerful than we expect.

Transfiguration in the name of evolution and remembrance continues.

A divine reordering of that which is innately true.

We are being called to let go, even deeper than before…

to layers within that we didn’t even know we were holding on to.

To everything that gave us the illusion or perception of feeling safe…

To that which we chose to define ourselves as…or the framework we felt we could operate as, or from.

Unravelling that which we have been tightly keeping close as our set of conditions in which we exist in life itself.

Without realising that from a different perspective - what we were gripping onto is in fact that which was continuing separation consciousness,
and what inevitably takes it’s place when we let go is the spaciousness for everything to emerge from what has been deeply buried within.

Authenticity takes on a whole new meaning when undefined from the human experience.

It’s a different kind of being altogether.

Most people have become overidentified with the densest layers of themselves - in a variety of ways.

And if we aren’t willing to dive in and consciously detangle from the falsities that thrive in the current paradigm, life will move us into that space to do so, regardless.

Organic intelligence naturally reorders (and rerenders - I heard as I was writing this) all.

As we remember and reintegrate into the larger architecture of being…multidimensionality opens up as the expression of the true self.

An expansion from the human experience as we currently know it.

And to me it simply involves perceiving more layers of what was already here all along.

We are living source intelligence embedded within a wider cosmological framework that far exceeds our current comprehension of reality.

Once we clarify our signal and operate from our heart technology - we remember what it truly is to be a divine human.

My first session for my 5 week journey was last night to ‘Activate Your Sacred Self’ and it started with PERCEPTION.

It was bringing awareness and loosening the perception of how we have been unconsciously and consciously defining ourselves.

🌟Definition narrows our soul truth..
💖 the true self, the sacred self exists beyond all labels, archetypes, understanding or any box we find to help us understand ourself
⚡️Rigidity in reality observation contracts opportunities for experiencing other dimensions

Source energy is unstructured, organic & non-linear…so how can we run ourselves as source energy if we are aligning and operating as everything but this?
