When I first started this journey, I never imagined I’d be sharing a poo video on the internet for everyone to see. 😂
I wasn’t sure how people would feel about it, and I always wanted to keep things classy. 🤍
But after chatting with so many of you, I realised just how curious people are about colon hydrotherapy and what actually happens during a session.
Something that came up time and time again was that seeing a good release would help you understand the process a little better and know what to expect.
And honestly, I get it! When you’ve never experienced a colonic before, it can be a little mysterious. There are questions, curiosity, and sometimes a few nerves about the unknown.
So, I’ve decided to embrace the reality of what I do! Because while we might not usually talk about poo over a coffee, it’s a completely natural part of being human. 💩🤎
This is a little glimpse into the world of colon hydrotherapy at Elowen Studio. No shame, no judgement, just education, curiosity and a little more openness about our bodies.

What started as an idea has slowly turned into something so much more — with years of planning, learning, preparing, and putting so much love into creating a space that feels calm, welcoming and nurturing.
It’s taken a little longer than we first imagined to get here, but we truly believe everything happens in its own time, and we couldn’t be more excited to finally share it with you.
