Hands only CPR still can save life!!by anybody , unwilling mouth to mouth breathing due fear and specially for cardiac arrest victim as still enough oxygen present in blood after heart stopped !!just effective chest compression of 100 - 120 compressions per minute , provide time chest recoils and minimum interruption ( less 10 seconds) !! By building enough pressure in the heart and majore blood vessels in supplying oxygen to vital organs !! Passive chest compression and proper recoil still can not inflat the lung for oxygen exchange as needed rescue breathing specially for drowning , drug overdoses , chocking , children and infants.

​BLS acts as a literal bridge between life and death as is a level of medical care used for victims of life-threatening illnesses or injuries by buying critical time of 4-6 minutes window after heart stop beating effectively by oxygenating brain and other vital organs having drastically increase chances of survivals , by anybody arround even a layman bystander and improve quality and preventing disabilities if survive !! Virtually next to God and much above all medical professional to all mankind for the time being for the victim specially !! One's life time honour it be saving a fellow human being !!
