Regenerative medicine is growing up.

For years, the conversation around stem cells has been reduced to one question:

“Do stem cells work?”

But science is beginning to ask a much better set of questions.

Delivered by what route?
For which patient?
And measured against what objective endpoints?

A recently published randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase III study followed patients with knee osteoarthritis for 24 months—evaluating not only pain and function, but MRI findings, cartilage measurements and biomarkers.

The results add another important piece of evidence to a field that is increasingly being asked to prove itself scientifically.

And that evolution matters.
