When you're at the airport and see triple one triple one and check your watch which reads the exact same but it takes 16 seconds to grab your phone out, unlock it and take a photo to capture the moment. Then the table you sit at is 111, and the shops in Arequipa keep echoing triple one back.
I love these synchronicities.

Far too many people are afraid to take the time to understand themselves. We instead try to distract ourselves from the thoughts or pain that dwells within because it's uncomfortable. Why do we act the way we do? What emotion are we feeling and why? What areas are we lacking in? Boundaries? Communication? Empathy? Where does that behavioural pattern originate from? What is it inside us that needs understanding or releasing to help us feel lighter? Where do our beliefs come from? Are they even ours or did we just blindly adopt them without question? How has our childhood shaped who we are as an adult? Why do we dwell on the past, or worry about the future?

Only when you take a deep dive into your psyche can you heal what needs to be healed, release what needs to go, discover what laid dormant, and begin to become the better version of you.

I love the way my spirit guides "randomly" communicate with me to guide, reassure or just simply confirm something I suspect to have occurred. Their ingenuity makes me chuckle at times.

Live life to the fullest. My passion is travel and experiencing different cultures. When you find your passion, things will become easy for you to move along that path. The Universe/God/Source energy/Sprit team (delete as appropriate for you) pulls strings to make it as effortless as possible for you provided you can overcome your limiting beliefs. Visualise what you wish to experience, feel how amazing it would be experience it, and believe it to have already happened. Believe you can do it. Believe you can afford it. Believe you are worthy of such experiences. Only you can decide your own destiny if you want it bad enough.

As I walked through the forest recently here in Southern England, I came across a beautiful white horse amogst the trees. We stood and looked at each other for a while, acknowledging each other's presence, before going our separate ways.
A Google search revealed the following:
