Ngayong panahon ng masamang panahon, muli naming ibinabahagi ang isang paalala sa paghahanda ng Emergency GO BAG.

Ang emergency go bag (o grab bag) ay isang nakahandang bag na naglalaman ng mga pangunahing pangangailangan, pagkain, tubig, at mahahalagang dokumento. Ito ay dapat maglaman ng sapat na suplay para sa tatlong araw (72 oras) sakaling kailanganin mong agarang lumikas dahil sa lindol, bagyo, sunog, o iba pang sakuna.

Ayon sa UNICEF narito ang mga dapat lamanin ng ating emergency go bag:

Sa panahon ng baha at malalakas na ulan, mag-ingat sa leptospirosis! Iwasang lumusong sa baha kung maaari, lalo na kung may sugat sa balat. Kung kinakailangang lumusong, gumamit ng bota at panatilihing malinis ang katawan pagkatapos.

⚠️ Magpakonsulta agad kung nakaranas ng lagnat, matinding pananakit ng katawan, sakit ng ulo, pamumula ng mata, pagsusuka, o panghihina matapos ma-expose sa baha.
