is coffee safe during pregnancy?

the recommendation does not suggest stopping coffee or caffeine intake but is encouraged to be avoided. while some mommies can not help but to crave once in a while a small cup of coffee is generally safe.

caffeine is not only found in coffee. Soda, tea and chocolates also contains caffeine. it is included in the 200 mg limit per day. so, one may enjoy the caffeine but to a certain limit.

hyperacidity is one of the most common reactions to caffeine. this is very uncomfortable to mommies. so, take caffeine with caution. :)
