Ang HFMD ay isang viral infection na karaniwang nakikita sa mga bata, pero puwede ring tamaan ang matatanda. Madaling kumalat lalo na sa eskwelahan at daycare.

🔍 Mga Sintomas:
✔️ Lagnat
✔️ Singaw sa bibig
✔️ Pantal o butlig sa kamay, paa, minsan sa puwit
✔️ Sore throat, hirap kumain
✔️ Panghihina / iritable ang bata

💊 Pangangalaga at Lunas:
✅ Walang specific na gamot para pumatay ng virus
✅ Paracetamol para sa lagnat at sakit
✅ Painumin ng maraming tubig
✅ Malalambot at malamig na pagkain (iwas sa maanghang/maasim)
✅ Pahinga at iwas muna sa school hanggang gumaling

🧼 Iwas-Sakit:
Hugas kamay palagi, iwas sharing ng utensils at toys, at linisin ang madalas hawakan na gamit.
