"A little kindness in the form of blood can bring a lifetime of hope." Martin Marasigan District Hospital, in partnership with Batangas Medical Center, invites everyone to participate in our upcoming Blood Donation Drive! Your small act of kindness can save lives in our community.

DONOR REQUIREMENTS & REMINDERS

Please make sure to review the eligibility criteria before coming in:

•Age: 18–65 years old (16–17 years old may be accepted with parental/guardian consent according to applicable blood service rules)
•Weight: At least 50 kg
•Identification: Bring a valid ID
•Health Status: Well and feeling healthy on the day of donation
•Preparation: Ensure you have enough sleep and eat a light meal before donating
•Substance Use: No alcohol consumption for at least 24 hours prior to donation

Delikado ang tubig baha dahil posible itong makapasok sa katawan sa pamamagitan ng sugat, mata, ilong, at bibig na maaaring magdulot ng sakit na Leptospirosis.

Kaya may sugat man o wala, agad na maghugas gamit ang sabon at malinis na tubig kung di naiwasang lumusong sa baha.

Agad na kumonsulta sa pinakamalapit na health facility para sa tamang gabay at reseta ng gamot. Huwag mag self-medicate!

Maging maingat ngayong tag-ulan dahil Bawat Buhay Mahalaga.
